Executive Assistant to SVP of World Wide Sales

This position should expect to be the go to person for all Riverbed
executives and know the workings of Riverbed. The Executive Assistant
needs to be able to multitask, prioritize and expect to be part of many
different projects in different departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Calendaring
• Board Meetings; Working with investors and EA will schedule quarterly
meetings
• Audit Committee Meetings
• Earnings Release Assistance in Scheduling
• Focus on SVP of WW Sales Travel Itinerary
• Assist all execs in booking travel
• Ability to book travel without a corporate travel agency; expense
Reports
• Assist all execs in getting expense reports submitted in a timely
manner; Meeting Planning
• Strategic Meeting
• Catering/Document Needs
• Meeting space contract, if necessary; Maintain Executive Contact
Directory; Events – Assist in any corporate event planning; Assist both the
office administrator and current Executive Assistant in Ad Hoc
meetings
• Based in San Francisco
