Position Summary
Intuit’s Sales and Channel Marketing (SCM) group is responsible for
driving sales and acquiring new users for Intuit products sold through our
retail, OEM and partner accounts. In the SCM SHOP team, we work
directly with these accounts to optimize the consumer’s experience
researching, shopping and buying our products. Since e-commerce is the fastest
growing channel for our accounts, this has created the need for a new
Online Marketing Manager position within the team.

As the Online Marketing Manager, you will work with more senior team
members to develop, coordinate, support and execute e-commerce
merchandising, promotions and advertising that meet the sales objectives of both
Intuit and our accounts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end
execution of these programs.

The right candidate will drive learning from web metrics, sales data,
testing and industry best practices to help optimize existing programs
and recommend improvements that increase sales and acquire new users.
You should exhibit enthusiasm for and deep knowledge of the online
customer experience. In addition to working directly with our accounts, your
success will require the ability to work effectively in a large,
matrixed environment with numerous business stakeholders and multiple
functional groups.

Primary Responsibilities
• Proactively drive and advocate for new cost-effective, easily managed
and scalable e-commerce acquisition and conversion efforts, including
online advertising, merchandising, promotions
• Use business acumen and strong communication skills to influence
accounts to adopt our recommended programs
• Hands-on, day-to-day execution of complex projects and test plans.
Build, track and analyze program effectiveness (ROI) and make
recommendations based on analysis.
• Measure effectiveness of programs by developing, maintaining, and
sharing dashboards showing e-commerce sales and performance drivers
• Develop a thorough understanding of Intuit´s products, sales channels
and customers
• Manage cross-functional relationships and teams
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies and solutions
• Select and manage vendors

Qualifications: Qualifications
• A minimum of 3-4 years of e-commerce marketing experience, preferably
in a multi-channel environment
• Demonstrated experience managing online merchandising, promotions and
advertising programs
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to measure, track and report program results
over time
• Experience using web analytics and metrics to gain insights and drive
business decisions
• Experience working with web development teams
• Outstanding analytics skills paired with the ability to continuously
identify, assess, and improve important outcomes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a
cross-functional environment
• Bachelors degree, MBA desirable
• Excel power user
• Willingness to travel occasionally
