Voice User Interface Tester, Fluent in Spanish
Behavioral Science Associates is seeking a consultant who is fluent
in Spanish and who is capable following a speech recognition
application software testing script. The person will be testing a
speech recognition application, in the Spanish language, for a
natural gas utility company.

Specific tasks for this position will include:

- Following printed dialogue scripts/call flows and interacting with
the speech application over the telephone
- Follow testing scripts along designated call flow paths to assure
software behavior and quality
- Execute testing sessions on designated predetermined schedules and
timetables
- Recording and reporting application software errors and quality
issues using the software defect tracking testing tool Bugzilla
- Interacting with the testing team, attending conference calls and
providing feedback on identified software errors and quality issues.

Experience in software testing or speech recognition applications is
desired, but is not required for this position. The person can work
out of their home, and must have a computer and internet connectivity.

Length of contract: Full time, 40 hours per week until mid November.
