Located at our corporate HQ’s in Palo Alto, CA, this visible Program
Manager position will manage the growth and redesign of PGP’s Partner
Alliance Program, maintain the BD intranet and Partner Portal, and lead
inter-departmental projects to implement various partner initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an extensive redesign of the PGP partner program to reflect
the growth of the PGP ecosystem
• Craft programs to address the disparate needs of partners in
categories such as system integrators, enterprise technology infrastructure,
OEMs, and key management services
• Implement programs with input from product management, channel sales,
support, corporate marketing, and product marketing groups
• Create collateral and documentation to market the benefits of the
partner program, both internally and externally
• Document and maintain processes to manage and support partner
programs
• Build a technical community surrounding the PGP Encryption Platform,
PGP SDK, and/or PGP’s key management services
• Support critical partner initiatives on an as-needed basis
• Vendor-to-VAR marketing programs and channel support
• Vendor to SI marketing and support
• Alliance branding and joint identity development
• Maintain high level of partner engagement
• Work with Channel and Corporate Marketing teams to leverage and
customize materials for Partner-specific needs
• Manage joint partner marketing calendars
• Maintain up-to-date content on PGP and partner websites
• Implement communication vehicles for periodic updates to Partners

Education/Experience:

• 5 years experience in Marketing, Program Management, and/or Channel /
Partner / Event Management
• Excellent communication, writing, and positioning skills
• Demonstrated experience creating, implementing, and managing partner
or marketing programs
• Proven project management ability and experience leading
cross-functional teams
• Strong business analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Prior experience in technical marketing, developer relations, or
technical community building a plus
• Experience in creating marketing materials, two-party branding,
system integrator, and/or VAR marketing a plus
• Familiarity with security or encryption strongly preferred
• BA/BS in computer science, business, or marketing - MBA preferred
