Database Program Marketing Manager
Collaborate with marketing managers to understand their direct
marketing program (ie, event, and product promotion) objectives.
Assist with the definition of data segments, and create complex queries
and list pulls for direct marketing campaigns to prospects and
customers.
Execute campaigns from a data & list perspective through the e-mail and
direct mail lists.
Monitor all campaign list requests to ensure that the appropriate
audience segmentations, frequency of communication & other considerations
are achieved.
Provide simple to complex data and market analysis to various
stakeholders within the organization. Recommend the appropriate type of analysis
based on the objectives at hand.
Facilitate the process and manage the direct marketing calendar. Review
activity proposals and workout marketing launch scheduling to meet
campaign goals.
Work with internal teams and business partners to maintain integrity,
quality and security of marketing data and information systems.
Ensure that customer data/access policies, as well as Corporation´s
privacy policy, are abided by.
Become expert user of internal data tools and systems, and be
Salesforce.com proficient.
Work with internal teams (supporting staff, including an analytics
team, copywriters and designers) to set-up up, test, and deploy email
marketing campaigns using our web-based application.
Stay on top of relevant e-mail best practices, industry standards, and
legal requirements.
