Provide Human Resources expertise to identify, analyze and implement
solutions to client group´s employee relations, performance management,
training & development and organizational coaching issues. Positions
available to support several client groups including Field Sales, Sales
Engineering, Business Development /OR Products, Engineering, Quality
Assurance, Informatics and Customer Support -- depending upon
candidate´s experience and career interests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Human Resources business partnership with business unit management;
ensuring effective deployment of HR strategies, processes, policies,
systems and metrics to support success of client groups.
• Oversee performance management programs which advocate an
accountable, high-performance work culture fully aligned with business goals and
objectives.
• Develop innovative programs and messages to heighten awareness of
organizational mission and vision.
• Manage employee relations to provide excellence in communication and
consultation to the organization. Manage the interpretation and
administration of Human Resources programs, policies, and practices.
• Deliver training and development programs which promote
organizational leadership and learning.
•Coaching and participation in effective recruitment and hiring process
for client groups.
• Participate in the design, development, documentation and
administration of efficient and scalable Human Resources processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree plus a minimum 8+ years’ professional level Human
Resources experience
• A bright, creative individual who is business savvy & consistently
demonstrates good business judgment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop programs and
lead cross-functional projects
• Clear and persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills
• A successful record of implementing HR solutions in a fast growing
business environment
• Good process management, planning and organization skills
• PHR/SPHR certification a plus
ADDITIONAL FIELD SALES PARTNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
• Current human resources knowledge of the variety of Sales & Field
Support jobs and their leveling in direct, channel and inside sales
groups.
• Experience managing programs within quarterly business cycles, in the
balanced context of managing to long-term business objectives.
• Knowledge of sales & field based employee compensation plans.
• International experience is a plus.
