Handling the whole branch for all retail products
Job Profile / Key Deliverables
Handling a team of all verticals. Handling all products from health, property to motor.
Responsible for the profitability of the branch.
Should balance between sales & claims. Maintain the right product mix, maintaining relationships with the key channel partners.
Motivating the branch towards the set objectives.
To act as coach, facilitator & mentor for the team.
Achievement of over all sales targets.
Provide backup support to the team by coordinating with other departments like OPS,UW,CS,IT.
