Position: - GM- Marketing and Sales

Location: -Ahmedabad.

Preferred Background of the Professional: -

· Ideal would be Civil engineer/ Architect with PG in Marketing from leading management Institutes.

· At least 10 years overall experience, preferably including FMCG and Real estate experience. Construction / Real Estate Experience Preferred.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Gujarati speaking essential, knowledge of the Gujarat market desirable.

Job Profile:-

· Would lead the Ahmedabad Marketing & Sales team, for the Company.

· Market Research

o Defining and executing Marketing Research, Competitor Research,

o Drive the Consumer Research & Insight - Would need to get market research and consumer insight, be involved in design and development of product, develop & execute Marketing strategy.

o Defining and executing market research for Project Marketing -,

· Marketing Strategy

o Developing/ defining the marketing strategy including channels, budget etc, developing Promotion material, on-site activities like sample flat concept development/ Prototype development

o Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines in all communication and Activities

· Involves identification of target customer and market, advertising and promotion plans, institutional tie ups for social infrastructure, and sales.

· Would drive the ATL & BTL marketing activities

· Managing branding and communication through all channels of media
