KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop road map & entry strategy for new businesses. Due diligence for future M & As. Lead strategic initiatives for the assigned group businesses, manage strategic planning process and time-lines.
HIRING PROFILE:
A post-graduate/ doctorate from an IIM / leading international B School. With 12 plus years in business and corporate strategy, M& A, with sterling track record, preferably with international exposure.
LOCATION: Mumbai.
