Desired Profile

* 5+ years of experience with strong understanding of the taxation aspects in financial or legal world with specific focus on M&A related transactions

* The incumbent must have good experience in tax and regulatory norms applicable in Mergers & Acquisition.

* Ability to interact, advise and help MNC clients in global restructuring, M&A etc.

* Strong communication skills.
