Telecommunications OEMs [NSN, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Motorola, etc.]

Tier-I/II/III Telecommunications Service Providers

System Integrator Customers

3. Target Companies

Worked for key telecom solutions companies selling Telecom Solutions like WIPRO, TCS, IBM, HP, Accenture or SUN globally selling into OEMs and Tier I/II/III Telecom Carriers.

4. Job Description

· Will carry a sales quota of over US$ 20 million.

· The successful candidates will act as `hunter' involved in identifying new customers, managing and closing sales/purchase order for our Client software solutions and professional services.

· Should have successful experience of working at CXO level/make Board level presentations and propositions to customers.

· Identify and implement innovative/creative business models to win new business.

· Present Client capabilities and offerings to key decision-makers/ decision- influencers/ stakeholders within target customers in North America.

· Leverage extensive personal network with target customers in North America.

· Responsible for negotiating and closing deals.

· Working to aggressive quarterly targets.

· Extensive travel in the region.

5. Successful Candidate Profile

· An Engineering Degree preferably in Computer Science/Electronics . MBA will be an added advantage.

· Excellent track record in hunting new customers, proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales life cycle experience.

· Handled a minimum target volume of US$ 15 – 20 million or more per year and handled successful closures of deals more than US$5 – 7.5 million in a single transaction.

· Experience in managing outsourcing/ off shoring software sales into India.

· A minimum of 10 – 15 years of Sales in North America.

· Ideally strong knowledge/experienc e in sales methodology, process and techniques.

· Should bring an active and productive network of senior decision makers/CXO level contact from the Target Customers
