Business Analyst
• 5-7+ years of professional experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in business modeling and
forecasting, delivering business process requirements and use cases.
• Experience delivering business process requirements and use cases.
• Gather user requirements and write functional and detailed
specifications.
• Develop business cases/value propositions for proposed solutions,
including risk, impact, mitigation and ROI analysis.
• Understand, document, prioritize and facilitate project requests and
application enhancements (new features, functionality), including
resource requirements, in a matrixed organization.
• Working knowledge of DMAIC or other problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio Drawing
tools along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office
applications.
• Typically requires a BS degree or 3 years of related experience with
MBA a plus
