We seek a skilled customer facing professional with several years and
successful enterprise applications implementation experience in the
finance realm. Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the
implementation and deployment of our client´s on-demand solutions and the
management of engagements and customer relationships. In this role, you
will fully utilize your knowledge and experience in solutions design,
implementation, project management and client management. This position
will require up to 50% travel.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Scope implementations and develop solutions strategies and project
plans
Manage end-to-end solutions delivery and customer expectations
Lead business requirements and data collection
Analyze compensation plans and policies, and develop functional
specifications and designs
Lead the configuration of comp plans, unit testing and system testing
Work with customers to deploy our solutions and facilitate customer
adoption and enablement
Provide guidance and QA to our implementation partners
Develop reusable processes, templates and toolkits for rapid
deployment.
Requirements:
B.A./B.S in business, accounting, finance or information systems
Project manager or functional lead in at least two enterprise
application implementation projects (e.g., ICM, EIM, ERP, CRM, HRMS)
At least three years of experience in business or IT consulting
Experience in implementing or using enterprise financial or incentive
management applications
Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
Excellent customer advocacy and relationship skills including
demonstrated frontline customer interfacing experience
Ability to work independently and play multiple roles
Enjoys working with customers at various levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
