As a member of Apple´s HR Marketing Department, the Web Marketing
Producer is responsible for managing content for Apple´s internal web sites
as well as coordinating the development of new internal sites and
subsequent analysis of site metrics. This position ensures that content and
design is consistent, understandable, accessible and that it maintains
Apple´s standards. Additionally, this person will gather, assess, and
present analytics for key sites.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate development and execution of internal and recruiting sites
and monitor effectiveness
* Identify and recommend website improvements to increase site visits
and clicks
* Develop and distribute project outline and timelines to marketing
project managers and other key stakeholders
* Collaborate with HR Technology team with construction of web pages on
updates, new pages and sites.
* Develop and communicate standards for web content development. Work
with owners of web content areas to ensure that Apple standards are met
and that content is accurate and up-to-date.
* Assist in optimization of email campaigns to maximize deliverability,
open rates, and response rates
* Gather web and email metrics, assess, and recommend improvements
* Ensure a consistent brand image through all online marketing
materials and messaging
* Keep current with the latest industry trends in the online and email
marketing
Requires B.A. or equivalent
* Over five years of experience in web or interactive project
management, communications, web content management or related field.
* Knowledge of Web development process and project management
fundamentals
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet
deadlines.
* Effective communicator and team player with strong organizational and
execution skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment involving technical
and non-technical individuals.
* Experience in corporate or agency environment
