Job Title : Manager - Strategic Sourcing
Level : Manager
Qualification & Experience : MBA (only IIM's) with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Operations / Supply Chain
Function : SCM
Span of Control : Sourcing through eBid, Spend analysis, Commodity risk hedging and other strategic sourcing initiatives
Role Objective : *To develop Bid strategies and implement the same to get the best results for the identified items
* Develop hedging strategies to minimize the effect of commodity and currency fluctuations
* Take other strategic sourcing initiatives such as identifying low cost country sourcing partners, Outsourcing feasibility etc.
Principal Accountability : * Cost effective sourcing
Essential Requirements for Fitment:MS Excel skills
* Business Acumen
* Experience in Strategy & Operations
Key Qualities : * Innovative approach and out of box thinking
* Good analytical skills
* Good communication skills
* Good negotiation skills
* Basic understanding of finance

Remuneration - Upto 16 lacs p.a.
