Operations Director
A client of ours, an MNC foods business that have recently entered India are looking for an Operations Director.
Job Scope:
· Ensure maximum performance of total organization (Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Purchasing / QC / Maintainance)
· providing support and direction necessary to achieve and exceed commercial sales objectives
· Manage his team and enable them to actively contribute to the construction of global strategy for their departments
· Is accountable for the complete budget and manages risks and opportunities (short and mid term )
· Guarantees security of all domains : risk, capacity and agreements, quality, timing
· Manage the productivity and innovation pipe
· Define the management policy and implement it
· Proactively ensure connection between corporate team and his organization
· Define/ continuously update/follow up of all the domains
· Manage and develop resources/teams
Experience Required:
· 10 - 15 years experience in FMCG preferably in biscuits or chocolate
· Rigorous, data driven, analytical skills
· Strong Collaborative & network animation capabilities.
· Curious, opened, ability to work in multicultural environment.
· Experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Buying management and team management experience.
· Knowledge on business and management principles involved in strategic planning, systems development, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
· Adapts easily.
· Project Management skills
· Change agent, Able to go fast and ambitious for the company
· Data driven/analytical capability, helicopter view
· Able to manage cross-functional teams
