AVP/VP- Human Resource of one of our ITES Client which is leader in ITES space (Mumbai/Pune)

Job Responsibilities will include

· Employee Relations

· Grievance Handling

· Employee Engagement

· Facilitating Employee Satisfaction Survey

· Performance Appraisal:

· HR MIS & other activities

· Responsible for providing Monthly Attrition Analysis and Exit Interview analysis

(Core Generalist HR Role Starting from entry to exit of employees/ Business HR Role)


Required Profile

· MBA is Must 8-14 Yrs of Exp Only from good B School.

· Candidate from ITES/IT/Telecom Companies/Blue chip companies will be eligible for the same.

· Candidate must have excellent communication & leadership Skills.

· Candidate Must have work for Global MNC for 4yrs+
